Let me tell you, if you are ever with a person who has anxiety, and they ask you to order their food for them, or stand next to them when they buy something, or reassure them countless times exactly the time and place where you will be meeting them at, DO NOT ROLL YOUR EYES, DO NOT SIGH IN EXASPERATION, AND DO NOT TELL THEM TO STOP BEING SO SILLY. Sometimes its hard to do simple things like that, and when people help us out, it means the world to us.

So I walked into the dentist this morning. My dentist asked me how my weekend was. I said “Good, I watched Captain America last night. I really liked it.” And my dentist says “Oh, my son is in that movie.” At first I thought he was joking but then I realized

Dr. Robert Evans

I looked it up

My dentist is Captain America’s dad

Pls give me a $1

So my pants started ripping today and the only other pair of jeans that I have are black. I can’t get any for a while because I am already working on my minimum payment, cat food and other accessories, gas, and trying (failing) to save for rent starting in August. I know that’s not too much but there’s a lot going on right now for me.

My Venmo is: @kiana-Jefferson if anything but feel free to not!

If possible send tips to help them rip in a better way or when/how to stop it? The material around it is very thin as well. This has happened in one day for time reference.

Thank you and have a good days 😊

“It’s so difficult to describe depression to someone who’s never been there, because it’s not sadness. I know sadness. Sadness is to cry and to feel. But it’s that cold absence of feeling— that really hollowed-out feeling.”
